CONSIDER: In Dave Ferguson’s book B.L.E.S.S 5 Everyday Ways to Love Your Neighbor and Change the World, he challenges us to “reread these verses, but this time swap out the word “someone” for your name. Ex. How are they to hear without (enter your name here) preaching? “
This helps us see our part in the spreading of the gospel. Your words can point someone to the Gospel. Your sharing of your story is compelling because you are telling how you found the love of Jesus, and that’s not imposing, that’s beautiful.
REFLECT: Who shared the gospel with you? How many stories of people finding their faith in Christ have you heard? What do you feel when you hear the stories of people finding faith in Christ?

Use these resources to help pray specifically each day.
As for the rich in this present age, charge them not to be haughty, nor to set their hopes on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who richly provides us with everything to enjoy. They are to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous and ready to share, thus storing up treasure for themselves as a good foundation for the future, so that they may take hold of that which is truly life.
